Transparent II

Inspired by Jesús Rafael Soto’s explorations of vibration and movement, Transparent II transforms reclaimed architectural samples into a shifting dialogue between color, light, and perception. Colorful acrylic forms are arranged over a gray kitchen cabinet door sample, while a suspended layer of printed glass creates a delicate pattern across the composition.

As the viewer moves, the geometric forms appear to vibrate, overlap, and change through the glass. The neutral gray foundation brings balance to the vivid colors, allowing light, shadow, and transparency to become part of an artwork that is never entirely still.

Through the language of REPOP ART®, discarded materials are given a new life: everything transforms.
